Position Responsibilities As a Business Process Officer, you will be working as a team that have a responsibility to manage projects and system upgrades which improve and enhance service quality and operating efficiencies of field and corporate operations. This team will be responsible for the system of the organization to deliver business growth in the company. In addition, this team will furnish the function with planning, conducting and executing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with improved business processes and system.
