• Bachelor Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering
• Min. GPA 3.00
• Min. 5 years experience in engineering and manufacturing process
• Understanding Six Sigma methodology and improvement process
• Having skills for coaching and leading people
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
• Computer literate
• Excellent human relation and communication skills
