- Female, age min. 25 years old.
- Bachelor Degree from reputable Academy / University majoring in Secretarial / any disciplines.
- Having at least 3 years experiences in the same field at managerial skill.
- Has the ability of public speaking, communication, and write good business letters.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Company
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, and conference telephone calls
- Make preparations for corporate inquiries
- Respond to inquiries
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support
- Type confidential documents on a word-processing system
