Position Responsibilities
- Receiving / making call and conference call
- Receiving guests
- Arranging meeting schedule and meeting room
- Arranging driver schedule and office operational cars
- Arranging incoming/ outgoing letter/ document
- Arranging local/ international local and international (Tiki, TNT, DHL, etc)
- Responsible for the announcement of employee's attendance
