Position Requirements
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Good personality with excellent service attitude
  • High initiative, can work under pressure
  • Willing and capable to work in team

  • Good typing skill - 50wpm
  • Experience in same positions minimum 1-2 years
  • Ms. Office (word, excel,powerpoint)
  • Ms. Access

Position Responsibilities
  • Receiving / making call and conference call
  • Receiving guests
  • Arranging meeting schedule and meeting room
  • Arranging driver schedule and office operational cars
  • Arranging incoming/ outgoing letter/ document
  • Arranging local/ international local and international (Tiki, TNT, DHL, etc)
  • Responsible for the announcement of employee's attendance
