PAYROLL SENIOR OFFICER (AFI-PSO)


Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in compensation & benefit function
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll Officer
  • Good understanding of payroll and tax
  • Familiar with Jamsostek, PPh 21, Pension, and Life Insurance will be advantage
  • Strong in analytical and numerical ability
  • Computer literacy, with advance skill on Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Fast Learner, detail-oriented
  • Good command of English

Position Responsibilities
  • Responsible in the payroll, compensation & benefits process using HR information systems
  • Assist in implementing salary administration, performance appraisal, health, leave, pension, and other benefits program
  • Undertake projects related with formulation, development and enhancement of benefits program and policy
  • Assist in communication of salary adjustment and benefits provision to employees both in writing and verbal communication
  • Prepare compensation & benefits data for salary survey and analysis
  • Prepare monthly report for HR Regional
  • Prepare report Jamsostek, tax, etc
  • Back up, mantain, and update data
