- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in compensation & benefit function
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll Officer
- Good understanding of payroll and tax
- Familiar with Jamsostek, PPh 21, Pension, and Life Insurance will be advantage
- Strong in analytical and numerical ability
- Computer literacy, with advance skill on Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Fast Learner, detail-oriented
- Good command of English
Position Responsibilities
- Responsible in the payroll, compensation & benefits process using HR information systems
- Assist in implementing salary administration, performance appraisal, health, leave, pension, and other benefits program
- Undertake projects related with formulation, development and enhancement of benefits program and policy
- Assist in communication of salary adjustment and benefits provision to employees both in writing and verbal communication
- Prepare compensation & benefits data for salary survey and analysis
- Prepare monthly report for HR Regional
- Prepare report Jamsostek, tax, etc
- Back up, mantain, and update data
