- Bachelor degree in Finance and/or Business Management
- Have 7-10 years in Finance, preferably in logistics and forwarding.
- Experience from management roles within an international company.
- Had formal training in leadership and people skills.
- Considerable knowledge of modern accounting theory, pronciples, and practices (specifically US GAAP and IFRS).
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
Position Responsibilities
- To manage accounting & reporting, payroll administration, credit control, billing and cost control.
- To timely, regularly and duly prepare and present financial statements and reports as required by pertinent laws and regulations and as demanded by the Board.
- To implement continuous financial audit and control systems to monitor performance, flow of funds, adherence to budget, expenditures, income, cost of sales and other budgetary items.
- To alert the MD and/or Board and warn for any irregularity.
