- Male, maximum age of 27 years old.
- S1 or S2 Economy (Finance or Accounting) from reputable university.
- Sound knowledge in all areas of financial accounting and control, with strong technical competency.
- Solid track record of developing and managing reports and processes using an enterprise tool for budgeting, actual, and performance management.
- Strong reporting, systems, planning, and analysis experience.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial data and draw sound conclusions.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal & written skills, able to present to the highest level.
- Ability to work across various areas of the business.
- Possess good analytical skills, detail oriented, strong communication skills, confident, proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, quick thinking, goal and result oriented.
- Good attitude, commited, honest & minimum supervisory.
Position Responsibilities
- To prepare evaluation & financial performance, company business in short term (budget) and long term (business plan).
- Responsive to business change either in revenue aspect change or operational expense as part of company financial controlling.
- Able to analyse product/area profitability at once with understand product/technical configuration.
