- Minimum education of Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law
- Experience in training, payroll, general HR and office services functions
- Minimum of 3 years experience in similar capacity
- Understand labor law & industrial relation
- Good command of written and spoken English
Position Responsibilities
Providing full spectrum of HR services, including developing HR systems and processes, identifying and implementing training courses to improve the workforce performance in the retail outlets and corporate office
