Bachelor degree in related discipline from reputable institutions
4+ years of experience in managing drilling logistic in Oil & Gas PSC industry
Familiar and certified with Procurement guidelines – PTK 007 Re. 1
Familiar and certified with Customs clearance (Import / Export activity) including Masterlist preparation
Familiar with material transfer and write off material arrangement
Familiar with Loading / Offloading activity
Familiar with Fuel nomination arrangement
Familiar with Explosives formality arrangement
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Position Responsibilities
1.Handles all site materials / equipment warehousing, shipping/receiving, local purchase and transportation, including maintenance of appropriate records
2.Provides and maintains the inventory control records
3.Provides for records and location control of all Company-owned and rented drill tool equipment
4.Maintains file on material in transit both by sea and air
5.Receives, or as necessary take steps to acquire, proper shipping documents, packing lists and invoices
6.In charge for overall Logistics functional matters such as:
a.Materials/Equipment
b.Shipping
c.Transportation
d.Supply Vessels
e.Local Purchase
