Q: How to be a member?
A: You can click link register in page http://jobs.experd.com.

Q: Why I don’t receive an activation email?
A: In some email server, our activation email detected as SPAM. Please check it in SPAM / Bulk folder. If there isn’t either, you can contact to jobs@experd.com or our call center (021-7180805).

Q: How to apply after register?
A: After registering and activating your account. You can login to our website then click home / go to website http://jobs.experd.com/indosatm2. Click the position title to review. If you sure that is the position, just click quick apply. After that, don’t forget to logout (the link logout is in the left page).

Q: How to view my resume?
A: After completing your resume, you can view your resume by clicking link view resume in left page.

Q: How to update my resume?
A: You can edit your data from step by step resume builder page and click “Save & Next” or “Update Resume” button.

Q: I have applied a position but I haven’t dropt my CV.
A: You must drop your CV to our database for our reviews.

Q: Can I send my personal CV by email?
A: No, you can't. We just review CV saved in our database.

Q: Why I failed in uploading CV?
A: Please read the error description and try to correcting the data.
If you still have trouble uploading your CV, please send us your CV to jobs@experd.com.

Q: After I replace/update my attached resume, do I need to re-apply to a job to reflect the changes?
A: No, you do not need to re-apply to a job. The employer will always see the latest version of your attached resume.
