- Major : Telecommunication Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Information Technology, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Accounting Management, Statistic, Computerized Accounting, Public Relations, English Literature, Marketing, Law, Business Management
- Maximum age: 30 years old by June 2012
- Able to communicate well in English (verbal & written)
- Has high integrity, good motivation and initiative
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work with team or individually
- Willing to be located in all INDOSAT operational area
