Legal Officer - Based in Surabaya (LO)

Position Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Law
• Will be based in Surabaya
• Familiar with rules/regulation concerning any kind of corporate issues
• Familiar with credit regulation (banking regulation)
• High integrity, and accountability for the assigned task
• Able to work in team as well as independent
• Able to work under pressure
• Excellent  communication and interpersonal skill
• PC literate, high integrity, risk focus and attention to detail
• Proficient in written and spoken English

Position Responsibilities

• Ensuring the completion of all legal documentation in particularly for the credit documentation and credit realization
• Providing legal opinion concerning for any matters in the Bank
• Checking up on credit documentation (such as deed, security agreement, etc) which has done/finished by Notary
• Drawing and preparing any letter (such as statement/consent letter, power of attorney, etc) needed to back up the credit process
• Maintaining the credit documentation, including but not limited to process the renewal of land certificate, “Surat Hijau”
