BUSINESS ANALYST (BA)

Position Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Economic or Finance from reputable university
• Minimum 1 (one) year experience in Banking Operations
• Having good knowledge of Banking Products, Processes and System
• Excellent analytical, judgment and problem solving skills
• Good communication and people management as well as interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate high service attitude
• Proactive, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
• Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Outstanding PC skill on Microsoft Office and proficiency in written and spoken English

Position Responsibilities

• High quality analysis including business process and system analysis.
• Liaising with all internal departments to gain feedback and provide solutions to any issues identified during their daily transaction.
• Regularly review existing process flow to ensure the most effective and efficient process has been put in place.
• Involve in reviewing and designing the new process flow of any new product or service
• Business project involvement as the representative from the Operation at any projects arise
• Promote risk and control awareness and compliance requirement through out the Bank Operation Division.
• Minimize financial loss to the bank by implementing effective internal policy & procedures.
