Q: How to be a member?

Q: Why I do not receive an activation email?
A: In some email server, our activation email detected as SPAM. Please check it in SPAM / Bulk folder. If there isn’t either, you can contact us at jobs@experd.com or our Hotline Service 021-95053776 / 021-94846887.

Q: How to create my resume, after activate my account?
A: After you login using your email and password, create your CV using step by step resume builder in menu “Personal Data”, then click "Step by Step Resume". (Don't forget to write down your details: personal data, education, and your experience).

Q: How to view my resume?
A: After completing your resume, you can view your resume by clicking link “View Resume” on left page.

Q: How to update my resume?
A: You can edit your data from step by step resume builder page and click “Save & Next” or “Update Resume” button.

Q: How to apply after register?
A: Please login to our website then click home. Click the position title to review. If you sure that is the position, just click quick apply. After that, don’t forget to logout (the link logout is on the left page).

Q: Can I send my personal CV by email?
A: No, you can't. We just review CV saved in our database.

Q: After I replace/update my  resume, do I need to re-apply to a job to reflect the changes?
A: No, you do not need to re-apply to a job. The employer will always see the latest version of your attached resume.

Q: Can I apply more than 1 position?
A: You can apply more than 1 position, but be sure the position is suitable to your qualification and target position. We will process you in one vacancy only that most suitable on you.

Q: How to know my application status?
A: You can login and go to “Application Status” page.

Q: Why I can not apply a job with message: "resume not complete"?
A: Be sure you have filled personal data and your education.

Q: How to resize my photo and certificates?
A: You can resize using Ms. Office Picture Manager. Click "Picture" (the tab "Picture" is on left-top page). And then click "Resize". Make sure the file format in accordance with the required.

Q: If this is my first time to work, do I have to upload the recommendation letter as well?
A: No, You don't have. For those who have resigned, need to upload the recommendation letter.
